A UCP205 pillow block has a 25 mm bore, a 36.5 mm centre height (base to shaft centre), 105 mm bolt centres, 140 mm overall length and a 38 mm wide base, with 13 mm bolt holes for M10 bolts. The 7/8" and 1" versions use the same housing. We sell all three: UCP205 25 mm, UCP205/14 7/8" and UCP205/16 1".
If you only needed the UCP205 numbers, you can stop here. UCP204 and UCP206 are in the table below.
UCP204, UCP205 and UCP206 dimensions (mm)

Source: bearing makers' published pillow block tables (see Sources), read 27 September 2026. The two makers' figures agree on H, J, L, A and bolt hole. Total height differs by 1 mm between them (70 and 84 in one, 71 and 83 in the other). Bolt size is from one maker's table.

H is measured from the underside of the base to the centre of the shaft, J from the middle of one bolt slot to the middle of the other, L across the whole base, and A across the base from the side.
The imperial dash number is sixteenths of an inch, and it doesn't change the housing
In our part numbers, the number after the slash or dash is the bore in sixteenths of an inch: /12 is 12/16, so 3/4"; /14 is 7/8"; /16 is 1"; /20 is 1-1/4". The UCP204-12 at 3/4", UCP205-14 at 7/8", UCP205-16 at 1" and UCP206-20 at 1-1/4" each have exactly the same H, J, L, A and bolt hole as the metric unit. Some makers write the imperial bores differently on the same P204, P205 and P206 housing rows: NTN's 1" unit is UCP205-100, not UCP205-16. So a UCP205/16 1" bolts into the same holes as a UCP205 25 mm. Only the insert's bore changes. The reverse isn't true: one imperial bore can come in two housings. 1-1/4" is made as both a UCP206-20 and a UCP207-20, so the bore alone doesn't tell you the housing.
Matching bolt holes don't prove a match. One maker's low centre height UCPL205 has the same 105 mm bolt centres and 140 mm length as a UCP205, but a 33.34 mm centre height, 3.16 mm lower. Its light ASPB205 has the same 36.5 mm centre height but 100 mm bolt centres. Measure both before you order.
How to measure an old pillow block to match a replacement
- Bore. Measure the shaft with vernier callipers. 25.0 mm means a 205 in this range; 25.4 mm means 1", so a 205/16.
- Centre height (H). With the block still bolted down, measure from the mounting surface to the top of the shaft, then subtract half the shaft diameter. On a 25 mm shaft, 49 mm to the top gives 36.5 mm.
- Bolt centres (J). Measure from the middle of one slot to the middle of the other. The holes are slots (one maker lists 13 mm wide by 18 mm long on a UCP205), so the bolts can sit a few millimetres either side of J. Measure the bolt spacing in your frame too: the new block's slots have to reach those holes. Centre height is the more reliable check.
- Base width and length (A and L). These confirm the size. 38 mm wide covers both the 204 and 205, so don't rely on width alone.
- Check the table. If H is about 33 mm and J is 105 mm, you may have a low centre height housing, not a UCP205. Talk to us before you buy.
Which BES product fits
Our ACCOR UCP housings are made to these standard P204, P205 and P206 dimensions. Every listing is a pair (2x in the title).
- Pick UCP205 25 mm if your shaft measures 25 mm.
- Pick UCP205/16 1" if the shaft is 25.4 mm, or UCP205/14 7/8" for a 22.2 mm (7/8") shaft. Both use the UCP205 housing.
- Pick UCP204 20 mm for a 20 mm shaft, or UCP204/12 3/4" for a 3/4" shaft.
- Pick UCP206 30 mm for 30 mm. The 1-1/8" (/18), 1-3/16" (/19) and 1-1/4" (/20) bores share that housing. A 1-1/4" bore also comes in the bigger UCP207 housing (UCP207/20), so check centre height and bolt centres before choosing.
- Pick the UCP201 to UCP207 listing to choose any metric or imperial size from one page.
- Pick a UC205 insert on its own (25 x 52 mm) if the housing is fine and only the bearing is worn. UC205-14 and UC205-16 inserts are listed too.

Questions people also ask
What are the UCP205-16 bearing dimensions?
The same as a UCP205, except the bore: 1" (25.4 mm). Centre height 36.5 mm, bolt centres 105 mm, length 140 mm, base 38 mm.
What are the 1 inch pillow block bearing dimensions?
A 1" bore standard pillow block is a UCP205-16, so 36.5 mm centre height and 105 mm bolt centres. NTN numbers the same unit UCP205-100.
What size is a 25 mm pillow block bearing?
In the standard 200 series, a 25 mm bore takes a UCP205: 36.5 mm centre height, 105 mm bolt centres, 140 mm long, M10 bolts.
What is the difference between a UCP and a UCF bearing?
The housing. A UCP is a two-bolt pillow block that sits on a flat base; a UCF is a four-bolt square flange that bolts flat against a wall or frame side. Both use a UC insert, so the bore sizes are the same.
