AX Section V-Belt
AX99
Toothed belts, also known as molded cogged belts, are flexible V-belts with teeth on the inner surface. These teeth reduce bending stress, increase efficiency, and promote cooler operation. They can be used on the same pulleys as wrap construction belts. Toothed belts are widely used for high-power transmission in applications such as compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, generators, and industrial drives.

An AX, BX or XPZ belt is the cogged version of an A, B or SPZ belt: same width, same pulleys, same size number. Here is how to read the number, when cogged is worth it, and when a plain belt should not go back on.
