On Greenfield's Evolution 2000 Mk II and Mk IIA and its 32 and 34 inch Fastcut ride-ons, GT18005 is the cutter belt, a 17 mm B100, and GT20005 is the drive belt, which our team matches to a 13 mm (1/2") Kevlar AK134. We sell both: the GT18005 Kevlar cutter belt (BK100) and GT20005 Kevlar drive belt (AK134).
If your old belt or your manual shows one of these numbers, order the matching belt and you can stop here. For other Greenfield mower parts, see our Greenfield collection.

Which belt is which on a Greenfield
Off the mower, the cutter belt is the wider one, 17 mm across the top, and the shorter at 100 inches inside. The drive belt is 13 mm wide and 134 inches inside, 34 inches longer. Both are numbered by inside length (see our V-belt sizes chart).
On the mower, both start at the engine pulley. In Greenfield's Evolution 2000 Mk IIA manual, the drive belt sits in the top groove and runs back to the clutch pulleys, its back riding on two flat idlers. The cutter belt sits in the bottom groove and runs to the cutter pulley. Both run with a quarter twist.
The order matters: Greenfield has you remove the cutter belt before the drive belt can come off the engine pulley. So a drive belt job means handling the cutter belt too. If it's worn too, you can replace both; we list the pair together.
Our listings and Greenfield's manuals agree on these models:
- Evolution 2000 Mk II 16-32 (32 inch cut, 16 hp): cutter GT18005, drive GT20005.
- Evolution 2000 Mk IIA 17-34 (34 inch cut, 17 hp): cutter GT18005, drive GT20005.
- Fastcut 32 and 34 (GT22670 to GT22900): our AK134 listing names them for the drive belt, and Greenfield's Fastcut manuals give the cutter belt number; see below.
Other Greenfields, including other Evolution models, take different belt numbers, so go by your manual.
Fastcut 32 and 34 belts
Greenfield's FastCut manual (models GT22670, GT22690, GT22875 and GT22875SD with 32 inch decks, GT22895 and GT22900 with 34 inch) lists the drive belt as GT02369 and the cutter belt as GT02365. Its 2009 Fastcut manual gives the pair as GT20005 and GT18005. Our AK134 drive belt listing names those models and replaces GT02369, and our B100 and BK100 replace GT02365. The 42 inch FastCut (GT22885) takes GT12004 and GT02627, and the later Fastcut 2 and Fastcut ZTR manuals list different belts again; our listings don't cover those.
Kevlar or standard? Match the old belt
In our experience, 99% of deck (cutter) belts are Kevlar, and a standard belt in a Kevlar position can shred within hours.
- If the old cutter belt was Kevlar (a K in the code, such as BK100 or B100K), fit the BK100.
- If it was a standard B100, the B100 matches it, and the BK100 fits too.
- For the drive belt, our team matches GT20005 to the Kevlar AK134. Many drive belts can run a standard belt, but if yours was Kevlar, a standard one won't last.

Greenfield's genuine belt warning, and the check after fitting
Greenfield's manuals ask for genuine Greenfield V belts, and the Mk IIA and Fastcut manuals warn that non-genuine belts may make the clutch "ineffective, even dangerous". Ours are non-genuine replacements, listed by the Greenfield numbers they replace, so check the cutter clutch after fitting.
Greenfield's Evolution 2000 Mk IIA and 2009 Fastcut manuals give the test: with the blade clutch out, the blades should stop completely in about 7 seconds. Belt slack and the cutter brake control that time. If they take longer, have a Greenfield dealer or mower mechanic check the belt, clutch and brake before you mow again.
How to get the right Greenfield belt
- Find the number on the old belt or in your manual. Greenfield publishes its owner's manuals on its website (see Sources).
- Check the width with a steel rule: 17 mm is the cutter belt (B section), 13 mm the drive belt (A section).
- Match Kevlar or standard to the old belt. A K in the code means Kevlar.
- Run the new cutter belt in. Greenfield's manuals say to engage the blades at mid height (lever in the green band) and run for at least ten minutes at medium engine speed, ideally about an hour of mowing.
Which Bearings Express belt fits
- Pick the Greenfield GT18005 Kevlar cutter belt (BK100) for the cutter deck if the old belt was Kevlar, or if you're not sure.
- Pick the Greenfield GT18005 standard cutter belt (B100) only if the old one was a standard B100.
- Pick the Greenfield GT20005 Kevlar drive belt (AK134) for the drive belt, including on the Fastcut 32 and 34 it lists (it also replaces GT02369).
- Pick the Greenfield GT20005 standard drive belt (A134) if your old drive belt was a standard A134.
- Pick the Greenfield cutter and drive belt pair, both Kevlar (BK100 and AK134) if you're replacing both belts.
- Pick the Greenfield cutter and drive belt pair, Kevlar cutter and standard drive (BK100 and A134) if both are due and your old drive belt was standard.
Other Greenfield mower parts
Our Greenfield collection lists parts by Greenfield's GT numbers, so search for the number in your manual's spare parts list. It includes:
- belts for other Greenfields, including the Anniversary, Javelin, Jillaroo, XL and Mini Mow;
- the GT2200 Anniversary cutter drive belt as an A99, or an A100 if the mower has lost its deck spring;
- bearings, such as the GT0393 clutch thrust bearing, which our listing gives as a 6206-2RS deep groove ball bearing (not a flat thrust bearing).
Questions people also ask
What size is the Greenfield GT18005 belt?
A B100: 17 mm wide, 100 inches inside and 103 outside. It's the cutter (deck) belt, and we list it as a standard B100 and a Kevlar BK100.
What is the drive belt on a Greenfield Fastcut 34?
Greenfield's FastCut manual lists GT02369 for the 32 and 34 inch models. Our Kevlar AK134 drive belt replaces it, and its listing names the GT22895 and GT22900 Fastcut 34s.
How do I replace the drive belt on a Greenfield mower?
Follow your model's manual: on the Evolution 2000 the cutter belt comes off first (see "Which belt is which" above). If you're not confident, a Greenfield dealer or mower mechanic can fit it.
Where can I find a Greenfield mower parts list or diagram?
In the owner's manual. Greenfield's manuals page (see Sources) has PDFs with spare parts lists and drawings for the Evolution 2000 and Fastcut, and manuals for other models such as the Mini Mow.
What belts does a Greenfield Mini Mow take?
Greenfield's Mini Mow manual gives GT 2314 for both the drive and cutter belt, and we list that as an A120 (single or a pair of two). We also list GT2360 as an A118, so check the number on your old belt.
